SHIPPING

1. Where do you currently ship to?

At the moment we are able to ship to most of Ontario. Once you add items to your cart you will be asked to enter your Zip code to ensure that we are able to deliver to your address before you proceed with the check-out process.

 

2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

 

You can expect to receive your order in 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships. We usually ship on Thursdays and once shipped your packages are guaranteed to be delivered on Friday by 9pm.

 

3. Your products are frozen. How will you guarantee that I will receive them still frozen?

 

Your order will be packaged inside an insulated Styrofoam shipper that is filled with dry ice which will keep all the contents of the package frozen at a temperature below -30 degrees Celsius. We have partnered with an extremely reliable delivery company that has a proven track record and will guarantee that your order is delivered the next day by 9pm. Once you receive the package you will need to immediately transfer the contents into your freezer.

 

4. Will I be able to track my order?

 

You will receive a notification once you order ships which will include a tracking link with a 2-hour window of when your package will be delivered.

 

5. Why can I only buy your products in packages? Why can’t I order individual items?

 

Shipping frozen products reliably is an expensive process and involves using special insulated Styrofoam shippers In addition to including dry ice inside the package. These additional costs make it impractical to order individual items since the shipping charge will be the same for a single item and up to 9 items. This is why in order to offer our customers the best value for money we created specialized packages ranging from 4 and up to 9 items.
